Specific scope, deliverables, prices, timelines, SLA, responsibilities, and data protection terms are agreed separately in a contract or written proposal.

Acceptable Use

• Do not send illegal content, spam, malware, or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
• Do not attempt to bypass reCAPTCHA, rate limits, or other security measures.
• Do not use the Cactus Consult name for phishing, impersonation, or misleading activity.

The site may use hosting, email/SMTP providers, Google reCAPTCHA, and consent-based Google Analytics. These services have their own terms and policies.
